I totally love to have a nice sunny weather here in the U. K. It`s middle of March and we are finally getting some sunny weather outside.
I am so pleased that it is getting warmer and warmer 🙂
I`m obsessed with Sunday walks. It was not different this Sunday afternoon eighter. I asked my sister if she wants to join me for a walk around the park. She said ‘Yes, we can do that’ 🙂 my smile was so big because I am always very happy when she comes with me.
We walked a few kilometres. We got to the park with lots of flowers how you can see on the pictures which I wanted to share here 🙂 lovely place!
I also had an ice-cream (Raspberry flavour MAGNUM) Yummy!
The best thing how to stay healthy is to go for a walk even it is just for a couple of hours 🙂 Stay committed what you want to do and your mood, body, health will ‘Thank you for that’!!!
I had a banana on the way back home from gym 😉 You should eat one banana maximum 15 minutes after your workout. It gives you energy which you need and some protein after you exercise but I eat bananas anytime so for me it is no difference 😉
